Service Provider Sign up process
1. Accessing the Sign-Up Page:
- Step 1: Visit the Mobile Massage and Wellness website at mobilemassageandwellness.com.au.
- Step 2: go to the provider sing up page

Click on the “Sign Up” button, which redirects you to the registration page: Sign-Up Page.
- Filling Out the Registration Form:
- Step 3: The registration form requires you to enter the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender Selection: Choose your gender from the available options.
- Mobile Number: Provide your mobile number for verification.
- Email Address: Enter your email address for communication and verification.
- Password: Create a secure password following the criteria (8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
- Repeat Password: Confirm the password by entering it again.
- Address: Enter your residential or business address.
- Verification Process:
- Step 4: After entering your mobile number, you will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter this code in the designated box on the registration page to verify your mobile number.
- Step 5: Next, add your email address to the form. A verification code will be sent to your email. Keep the registration page open, and in another browser tab or window, check your email inbox for the verification code. This process may take around 1 minute. Once you receive the code, return to the registration page and enter it into the pop-up box to verify your email address.

- Step 7: Indicate your level of professional experience:
- Less than 1 year
- 1-4 years
- 4-7 years
- 7+ years
- Finalizing the Registration:
- Step 8: By clicking “Create Account,” you agree to the platform’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Step 9: If you already have an account, you can click on the “Sign in” link to access your existing account.
