Unlike many clinic-based practices, our service providers do not process payments through HICAPS or similar on-the-spot claiming terminals.
Here’s our simple process:

Securing Your Booking: To confirm your appointment, we securely hold your card details. Please note: your card is not charged until after your service has been completed.

Your Official Invoice: Once your massage is finished and payment is processed, we will email you a detailed tax invoice on behalf of your independent service provider. This invoice contains all the details your health fund requires, including the practitioner’s provider number.

Submit Your Claim: You then submit this invoice directly to your private health fund for reimbursement through their app, website, or portal.
In short: We secure your booking with a card hold, charge you only after the service, provide the invoice you need, and you claim the rebate directly from your health fund.

Please contact your health fund directly to confirm if your policy includes cover for in-home or mobile massage therapy. Coverage can vary significantly between funds and specific policies. Verifying this first is the best way to ensure you can claim.

We will then do our best to find you a therapist who is registered with the same fund, making your claim process as smooth as possible.
