How much do I keep? When do I get paid? Who sends the invoice? What about GST? Where can I see earnings? More questions?

💆 How much of the booking fee do I keep?

You keep 70% of every booking you complete.

For example: If a client books a 60‑minute massage at $140, you earn $98.

The remaining 30% is our platform fee. This helps us:

Bring you new clients
Provide customer support
Process payments securely
Keep the platform running smoothly

📅 When do I get paid?

We process payments regularly. Your earnings (after the platform fee) are deposited directly into your nominated bank account on each Processing Date.

You can check your payout schedule and history in your Provider Dashboard under Financial Reports or Payout.

📄 Who sends the invoice / payment receipt to the client?

We take care of that for you! MMW issues an Invoice / Payment Receipt on your behalf. It includes your business name, ABN, and service details.

Just make sure your information is up to date in your profile.

🧾 What about GST?

If you're registered for GST, your service fee already includes it. You’re responsible for handling your GST obligations with the ATO.

If you're not registered, no GST is charged.

📊 Where can I see my earnings breakdown?

You can view your full earnings breakdown — including service fees, platform fees, and your net payout — in your Provider Dashboard.
