Service Provider Guidelines

What are the key guidelines for service providers?

Service providers must prioritize customer well-being, respect privacy, avoid abusive behavior, and adhere to professional standards. They should not engage in sexual misconduct or personal interactions outside of the service context.

What behaviors are prohibited for service providers?

Prohibited behaviors include harassment, creating false identities, soliciting unsolicited advertising, or practicing under the influence. Providers must also avoid discussing customer information with others or interacting via personal social media accounts.

Software Licence Agreement

When does the Software Licence Agreement begin and end?

The agreement begins when MMW notifies the Service Provider of successful onboarding and remains in effect until terminated according to the agreement's terms.

What does the licence provided by MMW allow?

The licence grants the Service Provider non-exclusive access to the Platform for accepting bookings and delivering services. It is revocable and subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.

What are MMW's responsibilities under this agreement?

MMW provides access to the Platform, facilitates connections between Service Providers and Customers, processes service fees, and handles complaints. MMW does not perform services or act as an agent for either party.

Can the Service Provider sublicense their rights?

No, the Service Provider must not sublicense any rights under this agreement without prior written consent from MMW.

Terms and Conditions

What is required to enter into this agreement?

You must confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria, have the authority to engage in the agreement, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions.

Can MMW amend the agreement?

Yes, MMW reserves the right to amend the terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any amendments.

What happens if MMW terminates the agreement?

Upon termination, MMW will settle outstanding amounts owed to the Service Provider and terminate access to the Platform. The Service Provider remains responsible for any amounts owed under the agreement.

How can a Service Provider terminate their account?

The Service Provider can cancel their account by contacting MMW via the provided contact information. However, MMW is not obligated to retain or return any shared materials upon cancellation.

What should a Service Provider do if they breach the agreement?

MMW may terminate the agreement and potentially notify law enforcement or regulatory authorities about the breach.

Service / Treatment Transparency

What are the requirements for service/treatment plans?

Each service or treatment must have a clearly outlined plan and obtain informed consent from the customer before proceeding. Consent must be voluntary and informed, and can be withdrawn at any time.

What is required for consent to be valid?

Consent must be given voluntarily, for the specific treatment, and by someone with legal capacity. The customer must also receive comprehensive information about the treatment before giving consent.

Bookings

How are booking requests managed on the Platform?

Booking requests are visible to all Service Providers based on location and availability, and are handled on a 'first come, first served' basis. Direct Booking Requests are only visible to the specific Service Provider requested by the customer.

What should a Service Provider do if they can't fulfill a booking?

The Service Provider should promptly withdraw from the booking,to allow MMW to arrange for another Service Provider to fulfill it, or ensure the booking is completed according to the agreement.

Can Service Providers negotiate prices for bookings?

Yes, Service Providers can negotiate prices proposed by customers through the Platform or with the help of MMW Support.

Service Fee

When is the Service Fee paid to the Service Provider?

The Service Fee is paid upon completion of services, provided the Service Provider clicks the "complete" button on the Platform. MMW holds the fee until the processing date.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?

If a booking is cancelled within five hours of the scheduled time, the Service Provider is entitled to the full Service Fee. If cancelled within 24 hours but with at least five hours' notice, the Service Provider is entitled to 50% of the Service Fee.

How are tax invoices managed?

MMW generates tax invoices on behalf of the Service Provider, including necessary details required by law. The Service Provider must ensure their details are up-to-date on the Platform.

Health, Safety, and Well-being Guidelines

What health and safety responsibilities does the Service Provider have?

The Service Provider must comply with workplace and occupational health and safety legislation and be responsible for their own safety and well-being during service provision. MMW does not supervise or take responsibility for the Service Provider's actions during service delivery.

What should the Service Provider do if a customer withdraws consent?

The Service Provider must immediately cease the treatment or service if consent is withdrawn by the customer.
