How to delete my MMW account

To delete your MMW account (for both Customer and Provider ) by Mobile Massage and Wellness, please follow the instructions below.

🔒 What Account Deletion Means

Before proceeding, please understand that deleting your account will:

  • Permanently remove your personal data from our systems

  • Cancel any upcoming bookings (for customers) or assigned appointments (for providers)

  • Remove your access to booking history and transaction records

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

📝 How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion 

  1. Open the MMW app

  2. Go to the menu → Delete My Account

  3. Follow the confirmation prompts

  4. You will receive a confirmation email once processing is complete

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, Please Contact us

Please include in your email:

  • Your registered email address

  • Your full name

  • Whether you use the Customer or Provider app

  • Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
